Service Description

Rough-in & Trim out Appliance installs incur additional fees above the drop fees. Appliance purchases through The Handy Gas Man require deposits to purchase. 75% due at successful rough-in inspection, final amount due at completion, trim out Price per drops start at $850. Design changes, additions, line moves after the initial agreements, etc will incur additional charges due at the rough in payout. Piping installations will consist of mega press fittings and galvanized schedule 40 pipe above grade. Coated copper tubing used where appropriate. Poly piping in underground applications.
