Service Description

Our service call rate is $125 per hour. $125 minimum, prorated after one hour. If you have a gas fireplace or appliance that isn't working correctly sometimes it just needs a little maintenance. Please call our office for an appointment 910-406-1555 At the time of the service if parts are needed they are not included in the cost and will be extra. If you prefer you can schedule a free estimate to diagnose the problem and get an idea of total costs. Most service calls will typically take about an hour to two hours.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedules, please call us at 910-406-1555 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
